Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner in Australia
Senzo is an Australian Atlassian Platinum Solution Partner. We help organisations implement, migrate and optimise their Atlassian platforms, from a first move to Atlassian Cloud to a service desk that has outgrown its original set-up.
You don't need to take our word for the level. Atlassian lists it on Senzo's page in the Atlassian Partner Directory.

What Platinum status means
Atlassian's Solution Partner program has three levels: Silver, Gold and Platinum. Atlassian says the levels "recognize each Partner's individual depth of expertise and experience with Atlassian products". Of Platinum specifically, Atlassian's program page describes partners who have "exceeded training standards", show "deep dedication to solution mastery", and have a "proven approach" that "serves clients of all sizes".
The level is Atlassian's assessment, not ours. Senzo reached Platinum in May 2026, having been Gold before that, and Atlassian reviews program levels at renewal.
Where organisations work with Senzo
Whatever the project, the starting point is understanding what you have today and what needs to change.
What to ask next
The questions that decide a shortlist are the same for every partner, us included. A partner with no answer to the third is telling you something.
- Who exactly will do the work, and can we meet them?
- What have you done that resembles our problem?
- What would you advise us not to do?
Our answer to the second is in our case studies. The other two are better asked in person.
Who is behind the badge
The story of how Senzo started is on our About page.
We are an independent Australian company and an Atlassian Solution Partner. Atlassian assigns our program level, but it does not own or operate Senzo.
