Jira for SBS's Marketing Division

How the division describes our Jira implementation.

“Senzo brought a clear, thoughtful approach to our Jira implementation, helping us move from complexity to clarity. They didn’t start with the tool, they began with focussing on our teams different needs to understand our operating model in the Marketing Division, making sure the solution was shaped around how we work. Their ability to get to the heart of our needs stood out. They asked the right questions, challenged our thinking, and helped us prioritise what would deliver the most value.”

Meeting in person and on-site delivery are separate things. Any work at your premises is agreed in each engagement's scope; the rest is delivered remotely, over video and a shared channel.

When organisations bring Senzo in

When an Atlassian platform has become harder to run than it should be.

  • Jira or Jira Service Management was set up for one team and now carries several
  • A Server or Data Center estate needs a plan for Cloud
  • Licence and app spend has grown without anyone deciding it should
  • A project team has moved on and nobody is sure who owns what was built

Sometimes the answer is a migration or a rebuild; sometimes it is a handful of changes and a clear owner. The first job is working out which.

How an engagement with Senzo runs

  1. 01

    Agree

A written agreement sets the scope and how work is approved.

  2. 02

    Discover

How your teams work today, the configuration and integrations you have, and what needs to change first.

  3. 03

    Deliver

Each migration, service desk or consolidation is approved as its own piece of work; a named contact approves anything beyond it.

  4. 04

    Work together

An agreed channel, such as Slack or Teams, carries decisions; where you run Confluence, we write up changes there so the record stays with you.

  5. 05

    Run

Once you are live, ongoing administration is available through our Atlassian managed services.

When being local matters, and when it doesn't

Senzo’s practical guidance
  1. 01Most work is remoteConfiguration, testing, data migration runs and licence reviews happen in the tools and over video.
  2. 02Some sessions need the roomA multi-team discovery workshop, and training for the people who will own the platform, land better face to face.
  3. 03Ask your shortlistAsk each partner which sessions they would run in person, and why.
  4. 04Data residency is separateWhere Cloud data is stored depends on Atlassian's residency options, not your partner; our Rovo and Atlassian AI page explains.
